[ff-marketing] Win a trip To Darmstadt next week 🤠

Dear all,

Next week Wednesday or Thursday, we are scheduling a venue visit to
the Darmstadtium
<https://www.darmstadtium.de/das-darmstadtium/virtual-reality-tour>in
Darmstadt, 25km South of Frankfort.

The venue team will be: Andreas, Anna, maybe Sinna, and one FIWARE person.

We now need to check who of FIWARE will be going there.

   - The travelling person does not need to necessarily come from Berlin or
   Germany if flights are not too expensive (otherwise by train).
   - Checking the venue and its surroundings require some experience from
   past comparable events like FIWARE Summits or Gaia-X/OASC/IDSA/DSS
   2023/EBDVF etc. events, a very good eye for details and a brain to picture
   'in big' the whole event flow and spaces within the small group, being
   proactive and eloquent.
   - As we have a very reduced team next week, I am asking for a
   volunteer to go there.
   It's also fun to work with Anna :-)
   - Not available: Oleg (vacation), Rosemah (in US), Cristina (in US),
   Tonia (i4Trust review - at least it looks like this). For all of us:
   Marketing Round-up Wednesday, 15:00, but this could also be taken from
   there.
   - I am also looking into those who have not been part of Data Spaces or
   DSS, it doesn't matter, important is your experience, back-ground and a
   'good eye'. If time allows, also the venue surroundings should be visited a
   bit. The venue is pretty much in the city center. Should we go for
   Darmstadt (and not to Munich), then we will need to market strongly the
   beauty and (tech) importance of Darmstadt city and Frankfort.

*Important & Interesting:*
Darmstadt may not be the best known city, neither touristically super
attractive at the first glance (it's surely not Munich 😜 ), however, it
has some interesting highlights:

   godchild is one of the top managers in ESA in the NL, and she can support
   with special tours for us like this

   - Oleg / Vera / Anna: what FIWARE installations (or fan-cities) do we
   have in a 75km-radius of Frankfort?
   Oleg & Anna: pls check with Ulrich and Vera if we have any 'official and
   administrative' contact to Darmstadt.
