[ff-marketing] Marketing Team Info: Process Vacation Request

Dear all,

With new colleagues coming on board and keeping formal topics slim, we have
slightly updated our request process, better to say we want to again
harmonize it, so all follow the same process.

Once vacation dates are clear, please proceed this way:

   - send your requests directly to Andrea and me together
   - Andrea, as usual, has the power to add my signature
   - should I not be able to respond in due course, Andrea can reach out to
   me to accelerate the process.


As usual, Andrea is the person to check and process all requests and will
reach out to you should there be anything unclear. Please, always use our
vacation request form.
To recall the general FIWARE process description, please refer to the last
All-hands Meetings with more details and links.
