[ff-marketing] Andrea's Workation / Vacation // SCEWC Reception Box: Berlin team to collaborate with Andrea

Dear Cristina, all,

just as a small addition and as I am flying out at the beginning of next
week .. I will be in the office for a half day on Monday
to pack everything needed at the reception at SCEWC as well as the coffee
machines and capsules, cups, sugar, etc .. and store it in the
'LEGO office' (Henni, you will be informed separately where exactly :)). I
assume that cookies and tea will be bought onsite again, like
last time, the supermarkt is right around the corner.

All marketing material, flipcharts, OWL (?), travel printer (?), etc.,
whatever is needed outside the reception, would then only have to be packed
in boxes by the marketing team colleagues and also be prepared for the LEGO
truck.

If anything still needs to be printed, I added the possibility to order on
account ('auf Rechnung') in the WirmachenDruck press office account,
thus not necessary to use the credit card.

If something has to be ordered by credit card between 23.10.-3.11., Ulrich
will take over.
Either way, I'll be working as normal from 23.10.-3.11., a full day on
Monday and Tuesday, a half day on Wednesday - Friday.  And of course, if
there is no other way, I can always be reached by WA.
