Dear all,

As already anticipated, I won't be able to lead the call today as of
attending OFE, the EU Open Source Policy Summit.
Therefore, please use as usual our MS Project
<https://tasks.office.com/fiware.org/EN-US/Home/Planner/#/plantaskboard?groupId=dc29b349-184f-4d6c-9c4e-865c6fcecbc9&planId=6wee4tJNNUyYncp5Jpwb1pcACzu9>
to update the content where required.
You can get started with DSSC (Tonia), the new project RISE-SME (Xhulja),
Battery Pass (Anastasiia, Anna, Kseniia, covering above all Hannover
Messe), then follow up with Lydia's projects after her return from
vacation. All other projects: please decide as of need.

*Event Budgets*
Additionally, I am asking @Tonia Sapia <tonia.sapia at fiware.org> to explain
to all of you the need for each project to know / evaluate event budgets
which could be directed to 'our' events and trade shows like
DSS, SSC (Raleigh), SCCON, SCEWC - and of course, our FIWARE Global Summit.
The exercise *here*
<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fEkzhnS99MGC-ZB2LvxBXvq6HfVGp_hF6ChVh2cB_XA/edit#gid=0>is
to analyze how many Euros per project can be used to attend to events /
trade shows, e.g. for a booth, coms, sponsorships. The Euros can come from
budgets sitting with FF or with other consortium members wanting to invest
in events/tradeshows in the frame of dissemination activities.
Especially, I am interested which project can contribute or sponsor to our
FGS

*Deadline: Friday, Feb 9*

   - please fill in the overall Budget for events / trade shows (Project
   overall - if you know)
   - Events / trade budgets sitting with FIWARE
   - a guess what could be transferred to the events of our choice
   - if you have issues to find the numbers, please speak to the overall
   FIWARE project leader.

Many thanks,
Cristina
