[ff-marketing] ❗❗❗FGS24 Finalizing Session Details + Template Deadline 9 July 2024

Dear Caretakers,

As we approach the finalization of the agenda for the FIWARE Global Summit,
I want to remind you of the following critical deadlines and requirements:

*Session Finalization Deadline:*

   - *By Tuesday, July 9*: All sessions must be confirmed with their
   titles, speakers, and/or panelists' names (or at least as much as possible)
   - If one or two speaker details are still pending, the session will
   still go online, and the missing information can be added later.

* Resources:  *

First step: Please open a sub folder in this folder

Second step: follow this instruction for the template:
- Go to NEW (on top left)
- Select Google Docs.
- Choose "from Template."
- Locate and use the "Agenda Content Template" to develop our session in
collaboration with speakers, MSC, and the Advisory Board.

 (you can see how i have already done for the sessions where I'm caretaker)

I encourage everyone to schedule first meetings to do *WITHIN THIS MONTH*
for implementing the content and managing the sessions/panels, etc., with
the speakers, MSC, etc...

*Timely completion is becoming urgent for the success of the Summit!!I *
