[FI-NEXT] [FIWARE] Agile: Global Retrospective for Sprint 6.2.3

Dear Partners,

Find below retrospective from Sprint 6.2.3 (March-17).

The issue holding the content is https://jira.fiware.org/browse/COR-918

The summary that I can get from this report is that the activity 
continues going down except for the Ops chapter that work hardly during 
this sprint. Last but not least, some chapters are not provided their 
retrospective (IoT, I2ND, WEBUI, SEC) and taking into account that I was 
delayed to send the retrospective of this past sprint. I remember you 
that from now on, the retrospective inform will be send besides with the 
sprint planning activities.

Lab

  * Everything went as planned.


Apps

  * We closed all planned development activities.


Cloud

  * We finally concluded the plan for the cloud portal port to horizon.

  * Nothing reported.

  * Kurento's items are in progress according to schedule.


I2ND

  * Nothing reported.


WebUI

  * Nothing reported.


Ops

  * In general good progresses in the activities.

  * No activities.

WHAT TO IMPROVE:
BLOCKADE/RISK FEELING

Lab

  * No particular issues to report.


Apps

  * We are still waiting for replies about the proposed steps for the
    migration process from SpagoBI to Knowage, the "Knowage" component
    is still missing in JIRA and we are not sure about how to proceed.
  * Long waiting to react of the TSC about the new proposed GEri.

Cloud

  * Nothing to improve.


IoT

  * Nothing reported.


Data

  * Since Kurento is starting the integration with the contextbroker
    they are facing the slow steps of the learning curve.
  * Performance should increase in the upcoming tasks.


I2ND

  * Nothing reported.


WebUI

  * Nothing reported.

Ops

  *
    Ownership of Dash should be changed.
  * Improve the planning of Deploy activities and the management of
    unpredictable external issues.
  * Health should better dimension the activities since several issues
    were not resolved.
  * Progress on issues depending on pending actions by nodes: We have 8
    Impeded issues due to we cannot resolve them due to pending actions
    from FIWARE Lab nodes mainly.
