[FI-NEXT] doa amendment v1.0

dear all,

please find attached the doa amendment 1.0 for fi-next.
it does not contain wp detailed description nor financial data as those are
in the sygma system.
if you go there, please note that i already updated all the descriptions,
still i have to update the financial informations.

still it contains important text which i'd like you to review just in case.
in particular i need:


@laura: financial info and please check the partner description,

@miguel: please check partner description in particular for what concerns
the cvs there.

@silvio, margherita: the new description and denomination of create-net. i
already put fbk, but i need your support here.

@alberto: please check also your partner description. perhaps with atotal
effeort of 6 mm, you might non need there cvs of 4 people. in addition i
need relevant publications if any.

deadline for your contributions/revisions by this wednesday.
