[FI-NEXT] ca version 20170123

dear all,

first of all let me apologise for the long silence, but these initial days
of 2017 were very much critical for the fiware foundation set-up and start.

however, please find attached a new version of the fi-next ca which i
created putting together the contributions received. as some of them were
conflicting i tried to create a version which somehow is a compromise all
of them.
the file, for your convinience, is in track change mode.

i ask you all to provide your comments and/or your missing data, if any,
using again the track change mode on, and adding to the name of the file
the acronym of your organisation. please do not circulate to all to avoid
confusion.

i kindly ask the partners which did not provide their data (still many!!!)
to do so as we need to complete the ca as soon as possible as otherwise the
engineering admin department, according to its own rules (party to sign the
accession form and the ca), will not forward the pre-financing payment.

it would be great if all of you can provide your comments by the end of
this week so to start the signature processes in the following week.
