[FI-NEXT] doa amendment 1

dear all,

i did receive the green ligth to finalise the doa amendment 1 which, as
main change will see the ff as coordinator and the welcoming of red.es as
new beneficiary.

please, those who needs updates in the text whatever is the update, can you
remind me your needs?

i did collect some, but a) i do not want to miss any, and b) i'm giving you
the opportunity to double check your work in the project and eventually to
refine it.
