Please, find below the output from Sprint 6.2.3 corresponding to March, 
2017.
Summary:
-TECH – *137 tickets (45,82%) -> low performance*
-LAB – 78 tickets (68,42%)
-HELP DESK – *85 tickets (77,27%) -> good performance*
oTECH – *57 tickets (75%) -> good performance*
oLAB – *28 tickets (82,35%) -> good performance*

Total = 300 tickets
