[FI-NEXT] [FI-Next] FI-NEXT MC meeting today

Dear all,

I can resolve the question regarding the TSC members (AP-17.05.03-025). 
Currently each TSC member should be register in the FIWARE Summit and 
they have to pay by themselves the ticket.
