[FI-NEXT] End of first reporting period

Dear Stefano,

let me take this opportunity and kindly ask you also to  please confirm 
that the new amendment #2 will enter into force starting from September 
the 1st. So that we can claim effort, already spent in these months, for 
the new activities we got in charge.
