[FI-NEXT] Agile: Sprint Planning 7.1.1 - deadline 23.10.

Dear all,

Let us finally start planning of Sprint 7.1.1. Deadline for the planning is
next week Monday 23.10.

The planning will no longer be done on a chapter level,  but only on GE
components level.

Main goal for this sprint will be to update content on the Fiware Wiki
regarding Release 6 and Roadmap for Release 7.

Here is an extract from Juanjo from TSC minutes detailing, what needs to be
done.
