dear all,

from now on the version to be considered for yiour updates and new text is
that named "ProgressReport-Y1_v-20180731".

still many sections where text need to be clarified and/or completed. in
few minutes i'll come with a list of actions for those who are expected to
promptly contribute.

as i said during the call i'd like to submit the report at the very most
this coming monday.
