[FI-NEXT] Report of activities related to WP3

Dear all,

   I have reviewed the periodic progress report for Y1 of the FI-NEXT 
project with regards to WP3 activities (FIWARE Evolution) and have 
introduced a number of changes I would like to summarize here:

  * I incorporated a general description of overall WP activities at the
    beginning of the section and have relied on the provided text to
    simplify wording in the individual reports by partners. Same applies
    regarding the overall introduction provided for each task.
  * Task 3.6 will be merged into task 3.1 for reasons described in the
    introduction of task 3.1.  Consequently, activities reported by UPM
    and to be reported by APInf within task 3.6 have been moved to the
    reporting in task 3.1
  * Reporting of activities from UPM regarding Cygnus and Comet-STH have
    been provided linked to task 3.1
  * Reporting of activities linked to Perseo CEP have been moved from
    task 3.1 to task 3.5
  * Activities of Naveatec have been concentrated in task 3.5 (therefore
    the reporting made on task 3.1 has been moved to this task)
  * The FIWARE Foundation has been included as partner carrying out
    activities linked to task 3.2 since it looked rather weird that
    Orange were reporting activities linked to the ETSI CIM ISG without
    the FIWARE Foundation doing the same.
  * Activities from DFKI have concentrated on task 3.1 and 3.2.
  * Activities from UPM linked to Wirecloud and Cosmos have been placed
    on task 3.5
  * Regarding coaching activities, I have adopted the same wording for
    the reporting by each partner in order to make it look more
    homogeneous.  For each partner, I have specified the concrete
    companies within IMPACT Growth they were assigned as coaches. Note
    that report on coaching activities regarding NaevaTec or Engineerig
    are not listed in task 3.1.

   I believe this is all.  As you can see, I have mostly moved the 
reporting of certain activities from one task to another within the same 
WP because this helped to construct a more coherent speech.   Please 
read the overall reporting of the whole WP as well as the introduction 
per tasks to get a view on that speech.

   Unless there is any objection, this will be the report for WP3 
activities that will go as part of the overall periodic progress report.
