[FI-NEXT] WP3 deliverables to be submitted

Hi everyone,

   Just to mention that a version of deliverables:

  * D3.1.1 "Supported Features and Roadmap for Release 7 (Y1)"
  * D3.3.1 "FIWARE Release 6 (Y1)"

have been produced and will be submitted to the EC.   They can be found 
in the shared folder for WP3 (gdoc document as well as pdf ready to be 
submitted)

   It's based on the information already provided on the wiki time ago, 
I have just produced a comprehensive document in the form of a EU funded 
project deliverable.  Therefore, they shouldn't contain anything that 
means any surprise for you.   While compiling their content I had 
detected some things to be fixed and I have iterated with the relevant 
FIWARE GE caretakers when that happened.

   There may be the need to update deliverable D3.1.1 since the roadmap 
is not something that is "written on stone" but that is also the issue 
with official deliverables: the EC cannot expect that a fixed document 
reflects most recent updates when we are talking about features in the 
roadmap of a software product (or set of products).   A written document 
is just a snapshot at a given moment.  We can explain this during the 
review in any case.
