[Ficore-administrative] FI-Core: Follow-up of effort (M1-M4)

In another particularized e-mail, I’m going to ask you to send to us (subsidies at tid.es<mailto:subsidies at tid.es>):

·         your consolidated current effort from M1 (Sep 2014) to  M4 (Dec 2014)

Deadline: January 31st, 2015.

Please take in account that the planning of the project was announced in the kickoff of the project as follows:

According with the effort of each partner in each WP, It has been calculated a cruise speed along the project and it has been applied using the following percentages:

GENERAL PLANNING
M1-M6: 50% of the cruise speed.
M7 – M22: 100% of the cruise speed
M23-M25: 50% of the cruise speed.

WP1.1: Global FI-WARE Technical Coordination.
WP1.2: Cloud Hosting.
WP1.3: Data/Media and Context Management.
WP1.4: IoT Services Enablement.
WP1.5: Advanced Web-based User Interfaces.
WP1.6: Apps/Service and Data Delivery.
WP1.7: Security.
WP1.8: Advanced Middleware and Interfaces to Networks & Robotics.
WP2.1: FI-Ops Tools.
WP3.1: Sustainability Support Tools.
WP3.2: Sustainability Model definition and activities.
WP3.3: Exploitation.

SPECIAL PLANNING
M1-M12: 0% of the cruise speed. It is covered by XIFI project.
M13 – M22: 100% of the cruise speed
M23-M25: 50% of the cruise speed.

WP2.2: FI-Lab setup and Operation.

MANAGEMENT PLANNING
M1 – M25: 100% of the cruise speed
WP4.1: Project Coordination.
WP4.2: Communication, Collaboration and Dissemination.

You’ll be able to check the planning in detail as far as you have received my particularized e-mail mentioned above.

It will be used in the Periodic Report M6 (D.4.1.2.1) of FI-Core project.
The explanations of the deviations (worked & planned M1-M6) should be included in the Periodic Report, document to be delivered on M7 (March 2015).
