Dear all, This e-mail is to inform that, regarding the validation process of the amendment 1 of the FI-Core project, yesterday afternoon we received the two following remarks from the Financial Unit of the European Commission: · Telefonica – 3rd party IMDEA- from reading description in Annex I it is not clear how 'linked legal entities' conditions from page 51 of below fin. guide are fulfilled. Could you please provide more details about this ? · Beneficiary ULPGC- I understand that beneficiary wants to use its administrative spin-off in the project and claim costs for this. Please have a look to page 48 of fin. guideline, where this situation is described. It is not cl. 10 but third party making resources available. This should be just described in Annex I and costs of FCPCT will be claimed by beneficiary. Please clarify this situation. Fin.
