Otherwise please provide an explanation on the receipt amount in the Management report. Beneficiary 19 UPM : The amount declared in other direct costs "1435 €" should be explained as it is not less than 15% as mentioned in the "Use of resources", as there is no costs under personnel under management activities. Beneficiary 21 DFKI : Could you please explain the nature of the receipt in the Management report ? Beneficiary 30 OG1 : Please note that the CFS costs is incurred in RP2, therefore could you please remove the costs in RP1 and claim those costs in the next report period (4.000 €). Could you please ask the auditors to confirm (e-mail is sufficient) that the amount of 4.000 € is without VAT ?
