I’ve just submitted the NEF session to the EC.

Dear all,
This e-mail is to inform you that the P.O. has accepted the DoW.
Unfortunately there is a technical problem on NEF to update it.
The EC helpdesk is trying to solve it.
As soon as it has been solved, we’ll update NEF accordingly.
The signed contractual documents of the new beneficiary (IMDEA) have been sent to the EC already.
I’ll keep you posted.

This e-mail is to inform you that today we have sent a new version of the DoW to the EC solving both pending remarks.

The changes are the following:

1. IMDEA as beneficiary instead of third party of TID.

2. More details about third party of ULPGC.

If these modifications are accepted and we don’t receive more remarks, we’ll update NEF and send the following signed documents to the Commission:

· FORM-B - IMDEA

· A2.5 - IMDEA

· Requesting letter

We’ll keep you posted.

This e-mail is to inform that, regarding the validation process of the amendment 1 of the FI-Core project, yesterday afternoon we received the two following remarks from the Financial Unit of the European Commission:

· Telefonica – 3rd party IMDEA- from reading description in Annex I it is not clear how 'linked legal entities' conditions from page 51 of below fin. guide are fulfilled. Could you please provide more details about this ?

· Beneficiary ULPGC- I understand that beneficiary wants to use its administrative spin-off in the project and claim costs for this. Please have a look to page 48 of fin. guideline, where this situation is described. It is not cl. 10 but third party making resources available. This should be just described in Annex I and costs of FCPCT will be claimed by beneficiary. Please clarify this situation.
