[Ficore-administrative] FI-Core: First Reporting Period (FORM-C-1)

Dear all,
This e-mail is to inform you that, after receiving the official acceptance of the first amendment, now NEF session is open to upload our costs of the first period (FORM-C-1).

If we are homogeneous declaring our data on NEF, we’ll avoid remarks from the Commission and delays in the next payment.
So, this e-mail tries to help us about how to claim our costs for the FI-Core project on NEF.

So, I kindly ask you to check these 3 following points:

1.- General tutorial using NEF:
Please check this link (there is a tutorial video included):  http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/help/display/iKnowextern/2.+Declaring+Costs,+Uploading+a+CFS+and+Uploading+a+Periodic+Report+in+NEF

2.- Other direct costs:
Please read the attached pdf document called: “Simplification of reporting in Use of resources in FP7_CIP projects.pdf”, sent by the EC.
It explains the details required by the EC.
The Financial Officer has especially asked us to provide date, place and purpose in case of travel costs (for the major costs (above the 15%)).

3.- Personnel Costs:
In order to avoid remarks from the Commission and delays in the next payment, we kindly ask you to follow this example about how to fill the “Explanation” and “Free Text” cells of NEF:

It is very important to show how many people and how many PM per WP are related to the declared costs.
Please take in account that these PM should match with the figures declared in the Periodic Report:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6GGeaQGro3feTVuVmRtdzhkRmc/view?usp=sharing
