Dear all,



All the parties included in the Grant Agreement need to sign their own
Collaboration Agreements – it is not enough for only the coordinator to
sign for their project.



We need the originals in three pieces as in the CA:

6.9 Accession

All Parties shall accede this Collaboration Agreement by signing the
Declaration of

Accession and submitting it to the coordinator of the Programme
Facilitation and

Support Action in three (3) counterparts.



After having collected all the signed CAs from your project, please send
those to Riikka:

Third parties do not need to sign. As usual, please note the sub-clause 4
of the Special Clause 10 of the Grant Agreement:

“The beneficiary shall retain sole responsibility towards the Community
and the other beneficiaries for

the third parties linked to it. The beneficiary shall ensure that the
third parties abide by the provisions

of the grant agreement.”



And clause 4.3.4 of this Collaboration Agreement :

4.3.4 Communication to third parties

With respect to any permitted communication of any Confidential
Information

referred to in the previous Sections 4.3.2 and 4.3.3 by the receiving
Party to a

third party (including but not limited to its Affiliates and
subcontractors) the

Receiving Party will: (i) ensure that appropriate arrangements are in
place prior

to any such disclosure, to protect the Confidential Information to a
similar

degree as provided in Section 4.3.2; and (ii) use reasonable endeavors to
ensure

compliance with such arrangements.



Hopefully this helps. By signing the CA your project will get access
rights and decision making power in the Steering Board.

Dear coordinators of FIWARE Future Internet PPP Phase 3 projects,



Please find attached the Collaboration Agreement of the FIWARE Future
Internet PPP, as agreed in the Steering Board. All partners in your Phase
3 project consortium need to sign the attached Annex 1 Declaration of
Accession in order for your project to get the access to the restricted
area of the document repository BSCW and to participate in the decision
making of the FIWARE FI PPP Steering Board.



Please share this information to your consortium partners in your Phase 3
project and if applicable, please have the declaration signed by each
partner individually, collect the signed declarations and send those as
one package per project to Riikka (in cc). If you have already done so,
please confirm to Riikka which all FIWARE FI PPP project(s) your and your
partner organisations belong to. Thanks in advance!
