Asunto: FI-Core: DoW amendment 2 for the EC


Dear all,

We are happy to announce that the way is (at last!!) clear to submit the definite version of the DoW to the EC. We circulated a previous one months ago and the one we send you now is basically the same with a few changes that were requested by the partners during this time.

The changes are highlighted with control changes in the word document. The list of main changes can be found in section "Summary of changes in FI-Core Amendment 2" at page 25

Note that this time we circulate this to do a quick check and make sure that there are no mistakes. No further changes are allowed, there are partners under severe financial strain because of the long time that this has taken and for their sake we should submit it asap.

DEADLINE: We will push this to NEF early on Monday.
