[Fiware-acceleration-help] Application limit to different accelerators with one project

Dear Simon,

with the same project you are recommended to apply to a max of 3
accelerators. Additionally you can only be funded by one accelerator
(double fund is not possible). Once you have signed contract with one
accelerator you are not allowed to accept fund or sign with other
accelerator.
