[Fiware-acceleration-help] FI-Adopt Call 3 proposal help

Dear Sirs,

We are about to send our proposal but there is a question we would like to
ask:

In the 8.7 section there is a Deliverables Cost and a Subcontracting
section. In our case (software development) the Subcontracting is needed to
produce the deliverable and will cost almost the same as the Deliverables
Cost (the company's employers work). Should the subcontracting be
considered in the Deliverables? Is there a penalty of any kind for such a
low ratio between Deliverables Cost and Total Funding?
