[Fiware-acceleration-help] Training environment

Gentlemen,

we are an Italian SME focused on software development and ICT system integration. We are analysing the Fiware context and SOUL-FI in specific, to develop a new innovative project for school using  internet to support  didactic activities.
To proceede to an appropriate application, our project staff needs   to understand better the development environmment .
Is it posssible to have  training environment to test it?
If yes, in which way?
In not, how can we have a better understanding of the Fiware platform?
