Good morning,

I am involved in the development of a new start-up which aims to link the innovation of the digital world and the quality of Italian architecture and interior design through an advanced e-commerce.
I am writing to enquire about financing opportunities. I have tried to understand on the FAQ question if my idea is eligible for one of your accelerators but I would appreciate your help.
In particular my questions are:



·         Is it possible to talk or write to a sort of personal tutor/reference person in this process of getting to know fiware?
I’m not aware if there is a Fiware tutor you can contact to. However, you can ask about FIWARE sending an email to the following mailing list: fiware-general-help at lists.fi-ware.org<mailto:fiware-general-help at lists.fi-ware.org>

·         At what progress stage doeas the start-up need to be to be chosen for financing?
Each of the 16 accelerators have their own policy. So regarding FI-C3 accelerator, www.fic3.eu<http://www.fic3.eu>, (the one I belong to) there is not restriction regarding the maturity of the idea or the development stage. You might take a look to the policies of the accelerators that are still open (http://www.fiware.org/accelerators/)

·         Is there a deadline to apply ?
The same answer. Each of the 16 accelerators have their own open calls, dates and deadlines. Regarding FI-C3, the next open call will be opened on the 1st of June and closed on the 30th of June. Look for the dates of other accelerators in the link from above.

·         What documents and what info exactly do we need to give you in order to be assessed?
Again each accelerator has different application forms and procedures. Please find here the information regarding FI-C3: http://www.fic3.eu/applicant-area/proposal-guidelines/ (you can download the FI-C3 Proposal Template and FI-C3 Guide for applicants.)

·         How much can we obtain in terms of financing?
As you may have guessed by that time, each accelerator has its own funding scheme. Here you are the information regarding FI-C3 accelerator: http://www.fic3.eu/applicant-area/maximum-funding-limit/
