Please find here my answers:


 *   Which program will suit us better:

What I would recommend you is first chose which accelerator suits you better among the 16 FIWARE accelerators (a few of them address Smart Cities and Transport or even both). Some of them have closed their calls, for instance, and you can’t apply anymore. Also every single FIWARE accelerator has its funding scheme and application procedure. So also I recommend you to check that when picking the one you want to apply to. Anyway, I inform you that you can apply to a maximum of 3 FIWARE Accelerators with the same idea. Just one of them can fund you, but you can apply to 3 to extent your chances.

 *   Within each of these programs there are different sub programs. To choose the best one how do we do it?
I think you misunderstood. What you call programs (Smart Cities, Transport, ehealth, etc.) are not programs but fields or domains of activities. What you call subprograms (FI-C3, European Pioneers, Finodex, Fi-Adopt, etc.) are actually the different 16 Fiware Accelerators you can apply to. Each of these 16 accelerators address a few domains. So, for instance, FI-C3 accelerator (I’m writing on its behalf) address the following domains: Smart Cities, eHealth and Media & Content.

 *   As we are already developing the app, and we are in a prelaunch stage can we still apply?
As I’ve written above, each of the 16 Accelerators have its own rules. You should check them in each accelerators website. You can find them here: http://www.fi-ware.org/accelerators/. Regarding FI-C3, there is no restriction regarding the startup stage. However, if you finally get our funding, you must show a clear and consistent progress since the moment you go in our accelerator. We won’t fund you for nothing, obviously.

I how I was helpful. Check FI-C3 Accelerator website (www.fic3.eu<http://www.fic3.eu>). The second call will open 1st June 2015. Calls are open to all European countries and we have contact hubs in Cologne (Germany), Ghent (Belgium), Rennes (France) and Madrid (Spain).

Good afternoon,

My name is Alejandro Vigaray COO of llollo. We are a small start up that we are about to launch a mobile app which is focused on using valet parking to help people park. We are settled in Madrid, Spain, and like in many big cities the traffic is a big problem. Not only for the quantity of cars, but also due to the poor mobility programs that many cities apply.

Llollo focuses in various big problems. Time spent by an individual until he or she parks his or her car, the cost of parking in many areas, the problems that many business have to traction clients due to the parking problems, pollution problems, etc. Therefore with llollo we plan to solve all these problems.

Llollo is under development. We are planning to launch the Beta by May 2015, and by June the app for Android and IOS. Both platforms at the same time. We have raised money but of course we need more finance. I have got to your page by a friend of mine but I still have some doubts. I have seen the programs for smart cities and transport but there are many that could suit us, or at least what I think. Therefore my doubts are:

 *   Which program will suit us better:
    *   Smart cities
    *   transport.
 *   Within each of these programs there are different sub programs. To choose the best one how do we do it?
 *   As we are already developing the app, and we are in a prelaunch stage can we still apply?
