Dear Frontier Cities team,

first of all thank you for let us know the review process outcome.

Unfortunatelly the informations given are not a valid support in order to
improve the project, at this regard could you please provide us with the
detailed "Proposal Evaluation Grid (Step 2)", so we can understand which
particular aspect we should improve?
Furthermore considering you are EU funded project, could you please provide
us with the procedure on how to lodge a formal complain and request a
second evaluation?

I look forward to hearing back from you.

Best regards,
Francesco Micali
