[Fiware-acceleration-help] Is FIWARE open for international start-up teams ?

Hi,
I am alishan and i live in pakistan. i am a software engineer and i along with few of my friends have gone through FIWARE and it is very interesting. We want to built our application using it but does the accelerator program fund international startup teams or provide support and mentoring to built and monetize our product.
your response in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanking you in anticipation.
