(Join Us) MESSAGE: Hello, I’m reaching out to see whether you’d be interested in joining our round of financing (Series A) for our startup as an investor. Below you’ll find the info on our startup, the market..etc. New Startup specializing in industrial drones: Series A GRIFF Aviation: http://griffaviation.com/ Contact: masa at amconsulting.io Drones that lift heavy things. They do the heavy lifting at power tower construction sites. Market: This is a huge market [SOM:5.4B USD]. The demand for electricity is only growing. The amount of newly built or repaired power grid towers will increase every year. And the lack of human resources at construction sites is severe today, which gives a huge push towards unmanned operation. Problem/Solution: Today, most of the logistics for building power towers is done by a helicopter or a tram. This operation costs around 1M USD per each construction site. A helicopter is not flexible. A tram is slow and hard to install. And both are expensive. Heavy lifting drones can be mobile and unmanned which increases security. The operating cost is 1/3 of a helicopter or a tram. GRIFF Aviation can now lift up to 135kg (50kg in payload). By the end of next year, they will have a drone that can lift 1000kg in payload which will replace 90% of the logistics at construction sites. GRIFF Aviation has tapped into a niche market where drones could be worth the most. Short distance, but difficult access. Non-civilian areas. Electricity is vital for humans but not much technology advancement has been made on the production side. Typical use case will be 3-5km in distance, 100 - 500m up vertical and carrying 30kg to 250kg in payload. Doesn’t sound very sexy, but every power grid company needs this. GRIFF Aviation has sold 2 of its 135kg capacity drones to Tokyo Electric Power Company in Japan. And currently in contract with them to build a 1000kg lifting drone. Please let us know if you would be interested to join the round of Series A. Thanks a lot, Lahcen ---------------------------------------------- MORE INFO: *Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) is the biggest power grid company in Japan and 5th biggest in the world. https://www7.tepco.co.jp/ *Number of new tower constructions in the target market is around 5600 per year. *Number of needed tower repairs in the target market is around 2200 per year. * Other markets which GRIFF’s drones can disrupt are Agriculture, Maritime, Security, and Military. -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
