[Fiware-accelerator-committee] Version of charters to be approved by the FIWARE Foundation Board of Directors

Dear members of the FIWARE Accelerator, iHubs and Mundus Committees 
(specially chairs),

   It is our goal that the Charters of these Mission Support Committees 
(MSCs) get approved during the FIWARE Foundation Board of Directors 
meeting that will take place on Monday May 29 afternoon.

   We plan to send members of the BoD the consolidated version of these 
charters by 16:00 CET today.

   My understanding is that they might be considered already final at 
the moment but please confirm.   Please place/rename before the deadline 
the final version to be submitted to the DoD at the shared folder 
assigned to your MSC so it is named as:

    "FIWARE <Accelerator | iHubs | Mundus> Committee Charter final"


   Please take into account that here "the Perfect may be enemy of the 
Good".  I mean, what it is important is that we get the MSCs approved 
now that we have already defined a well established mission, rules for 
becoming members, governance model, structure and resources.   We don't 
need to arrive with a perfect initial work plan nor a complete set of 
initial topics for discussion or events identified.    IMHO, the current 
status is more than valid and, nicely, the rules and procedures of the 
different MSCs are similar enough, which makes a lot of sense to me.
