Any input so far after the email below from Miguel? (dated June 9th 2017)...
I need from the different committees to organise and share agendas for the
Summit Community meetings on Tuesday 28th.
So far, we have following activities linked to the Acceleration Programme
on the Summit.
*1) Acceleration program help day run by IMPACT GROWTH (Tuesday 28th
afternoon)*. The 14 startups of the acceleration program will be invited to
join the help day during the FIWARE Summit. In IMPACT the only event
mandatory to attend is the Welcome Week, so it is not mandatory for them to
attend but we are sure that a good number of them will be there, and those
who won't attend in person will join by Skype. As the Summit is just 2
weeks before the FIWARE check, Impact Growth could do a control point with
the mentors in the event.
*2) Challenge for the top 100 startups of the first cut off date of the 2nd
OC.* IMPACT Growth will invite the 100 startups that applied to the first
cut off date (24/10) and passed the pre-scoring phase of the selection
process to join the FIWARE Summit to participate in a Challenge. The winner
of the challenge will get a fast track to the IMPACT Growth Jury Day, the
last phase of the selection process where they pitch in front of the Jury. *AP
on Juanjo *as technical responsible of IMPACT Growth to define the basis of
the Challenge.
3*) Presentation to the new accelerator programme* - Pending to define a
slot. Miguel García from Zabala will update as this should be part also of
the Agenda of the Mission Support Committee during Tuesday 28th (proposed
time slot 12:00 - 13:30
For the help day we have two rooms already booked.
For the challenge we have a slot , Roi, Just on Wednesday 29th after lunch
(initially planned to be held from 14:00 to 15:30 maybe we will became
later at 14.30 till 16:00) time is not yet fixed. Please check agenda here

Important: we need asap to organise the Jury (who is going to be part of
the Jury?) we have some suggestions.
Can we set up a call next week to agree on next steps and how the FIWARE
Accelerator Committee is evolving? We should update content on the new
fiware.org website and get ready for the next year (remember that our
global summit will be held in Porto (May 2018)

Hello.
Bernardita. Actually Ogilvy is working with FundingBox (Jorge & Andres) and
the FF (José Manuel Cantera, Fernando López & Juanjo) in the final
architecture of the Marketplace and Spaces.
Try to share all your inputs (for example search engine) with us. I think
is better that the Fundingbox IT team have only one contact point. Maybe
will be useful to set up a call next week to share with you all an update
on the marketplace and spaces previous to the call on June 30th.
Regarding the new website and the FIWARE Accelerator 's page. I have
drafted a new architecture (wireframes) that want to check with Garan as
soon as he come back from holidays. Did you already shared the
content/subsections? Would like to have your inputs so I can modify the
current approach and maybe have a chat with you.

I will manage with our team and Stefano to publish the open calls of the
FIWARE accelerators in the FIWARE marketplace.
I have already spoken with our IT Team regarding the possibility of
including a search engine in the FIWARE marketplace, they will discuss it
with the FIWARE Foundation.
On the last week of June I'm on holidays, so I can't attend the call. If
you want I can send you an update of the tasks that are under my
responsibility the week before the call. Or we can have it the first week
of July, what you prefer.

On the Web task that I am responsible, I have already spoken with Pablo and
also with Ulrich on the importance of having a visible “business cart”, and
this is the right time to request the modification as they are redoing the
FF website.
I will circulate tomorrow the different subsections that the FF Accelerator
could have. We will have to decide on what would we like have. Pablo told
me that they are open to suggestions and that they will facilitated the Web
design and technical part, but the subsections and content is up to us to
provide it.
Also I presented to Ulrich the need to have a searching engine in the
“market place” to really fulfil the notion of “market”. He has agreed with
the idea in principle and will ask Funding box ( Sorry Roi) for action on
this.
