[Fiware-active-contributor-application] FIWARE Cloud Chapter and Docker GE CAC

Dear TC,
I would like to be considered as a CAC for FIWARE Cloud Chapter and Docker 
GE. The reason is that I am currently coordinating activities in FIWARE 
Cloud and  leading the Docker GE (including contributing code, 
documentation, and deployment of the FIWARE Docker Container Service).
