[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: Follow-up of effort (M6) & estimated personnel costs

Dear all,
There are two possibilities to calculate your estimated personnel costs to write down in the periodic report. You choose:

1.- Fill attached excel file in with your estimated costs. You can enter PM effort by WP and your PM direct-indirect rate costs in order to calculate total personnel costs or write down directly your direct-indirect personnel costs by WP.

2.- If we don´t receive answer at point 1, we´ll calculate them using personnel costs used in proposal with attached file.

Dear partners,
we are going to ask you in another particularized e-mail the real effort for October (M6) in the FI-WARE project.

We need as well your effort planning for the whole project duration and the real effort for M1-M6, so in case where that information is missing we will include a specific mention for that.

We knew that in some cases effort distribution is being modified but for the time being please use the corresponding excelsheet. As soon as changes are accepted by the PO the control excelsheet will be modified accordingly.

Please, bear in mind that the first official project review is on November 22nd so, in order to deliver the PO the management report with enough time, please, send your feedback before November 8th. REMEMBER THAT THE SECOND TRANCHE OF THE PRE-FINANCING DEPENDS ON THE REVIEW SUCCESS AND IT WILL BE ACCORDING TO THE ACCEPTED USE OF RESOURCES.
