Dear all, you can only declare subcontracting costs if you have budgeted it and it has to be explained in the DoW. It had to be approved by Commission.
Note: Audit costs always are subcontracting costs.

Dear All,

May I have a question on subcontracting.
In the Consortium Agreement the subcontracting is mentioned and described as a possibility. On the other hand, in the financials, subcontracting costs are foreseen only for audit, for nothing else.
To me that means the partners cannot report subcontracting costs any other than that related to the audits.
Is my understanding correct?

as we announced 2 weeks ago, we Deutsche Telekom AG also plan to involve other stuff, one the one hand T-Systems International GmbH as our 3rd Party and on the other hand the TU Berlin as a subcontractor.

We are currently working in the first amendment of the project.
It has two changes:
1.- Third party of Technicolor.
Both Technicolor R&D France and Technicolor R&D Paris. FI-WARE involves personnel of both companies.

2.- Change of coordinator.
We are going to change ayala at tid.es<mailto:ayala at tid.es> to jimenez at tid.es<mailto:jimenez at tid.es> as coordinator.
