Let me explain, it is not a FORM-C, it's only a intermediate review where as coordinator we have to make a report to the P.O., so I have asked your costs of this first semester to you.
We can use estimated personnel costs.

Can you update me : will we produce Forms C for this review ?

According to the EC rules the costs (as they appear in Forms C) have to be audited and signed by the financial director. This procedure is due for each "periodic report" (i.e. at the end of each year). This is process that needs some times because as you can guess the accounts for October are not available before a couple of weeks after the end of the month. And also the requirements of the Commission are that  "actual costs" musty be used, then we have to calculate the cost for each person using its own salary etc (monthly rate not permitted).

 I am afraid that if the costs are not audited (then certainly not for 28 October)  we are not allowed to produce any figure. Probably an estimation (only) of the manpower can be provided but not under the form of an amount in euros.

In order to answer a common question I am receiving about personnel cost, please let me explain the following:

On step 6, if you tell me the real personnel cost we´ll use it, but If not then we´ll calculate it: your effort by your average personnel cost used in DoW.

Dear all
First official review is around the corner and the following approach is going to be followed:

Technical issues:
1.- All partners to write out their report describing the technical activities carried out during the last six months.
Please, use enclosed  word  file called: "FI-WARE - technical activities -name_partner"
Deadline:  October  28th
2.- TID  to compile activities per WP and send to every WP leader a file containing all technical activities carried out in their WP.
Deadline:  November 3st
3.- WP leaders to integrate these activities in a readable section. WP leaders submit their section to TID
Deadline: November 8th

Administrative issues:
4. All partners to send actual costs  during this period.
Please, use enclosed  excel file called: "FI-WARE - actual costs -name_partner"
Deadline:  October  28th
5.- TID to send to each partner excel file of follow-up of real effort (done until M5)
Deadline: November 3st
6. All partners to send real effort filling out the previous follow-up file.
Deadline:  November  8th

7. TID to integrate all WP technical activities description, costs and efforts in the first semester report.
