Dear all,
In another particularized e-mail, I'm going to ask you to send your real effort from M10 (Feb 12') until M11 (Mar 12') included. It will be a good opportunity to upgrade wrong data you want to change in previous months.
As I told you when I asked you about your effort at M9, please remember that:
1.- In the lastest review report, P.O. has requested an explanation about how planned effort data are calculated.

So, for planning, we are using the cruise speed used at negotiation phase of the proposal.
M1-M9: 50% of cruise speed
M10-M33: 100% of cruise speed
M34-M36: 50% of cruise speed
Please note that we have made two changes:
1.- Now WP1 has linear distribution of effort (It was my mistake.)
2.- ENG has its particularized planning except in WP3. This has been approved by Juanjo Hierro as Technical Manager and Chief Architect of the project. This will be explained in the Periodic report as requested.
Following the aforementioned rule, the calculation of the cumulative planning is shown in the following table:

2.- Total effort (PM's) of each partner belongs to the current approved DoW, not to the current amendment 2 pending to be approved.

Example:
I have set 60 PM in WP8 in DoW. How could I know my Cruise Speed?:
60 = 50% of (9 * CSpeed) + 100% of (24 * CSpeed) + 50% of (3 * CSpeed)
CSpeed = 60 / 30
CSpeed = 2 PM
How could I know my expected planning per month?
WP8 : M1-M9 = 50% CSpeed = 1 PM (1PM each month, 9PM at all (1*9))
WP8 : M10-M33 = 100% CSpeed = 2 PM (2PM each month, 48PM at all (2*24))
WP8 : M34-M36 = 50% CSpeed = 1 PM (1PM each month, 3PM at all (1*3))
WP8: M1-M36 (total) = 9 + 48 + 3 = 60 PM
Please, don't forget that WP10 started at M7. In this case, WP10 would be CSpeed = 60/27. (M7-M9 50% CSpeed, M10-M33 100% CSpeed, M34-M36 50% CSpeed)
