Thank you very much for your feedback, I think that's fine form me. Would it be possible for you or Juanjo to let me know the planned timeline for the next Amendment?
That would be helpful for us to finalize the Amendment - and the discussions with Juanjo and our partners - until this date.

Dear Javier,

within SAP we are working on some minor changes within the DoW. This might affect the planned PM per WP, actually we are working to finalize our proposals for the changes within the DoW. Afterwards we have to discuss this proposal with Juanjo to get his approval. I think we could finalize our first draft of the DoW changes until the end of the next week.
Afterwards we should find a date to discuss our ideas and plans with Juanjo.

I would suggest, that you discuss these agreed changes with the PO and mention, that a second discussion is needed to finalize the next DoW Amendment that includes all changes.

Would that be OK for you?
