[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: Data on NEF. Please check.

Dear all,

please, this is a reminder to check your data on NEF.

We have received a comment from Commission in FINSENY project  that entries per partner are not done in a harmonized way and we have to fix them. Please, let's try to avoid this situation in our project.

I kindly ask you again to check if your data is homogeneous as requested below.

Thank you very much if you have registered your costs on NEF. However, in order to avoid problems after submission, I kindly suggest you to check if your recorded data on NEF are according with:

Personnel costs:

*         Explanation: How many people and the type of activity.

*         Free text: How many person-months per WP (this is very important)


Example:

Other direct costs (travel costs):

*         Explanation: Travel costs - 1 person

*         Free text: Event location - Date - Purpose- Name


Example:

If we make homogeneous our data as consortium we'll avoid remarks from Commission and we'll avoid to fix them later.
