[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: Data for reporting. First period.

Dear partners.

As you know, first period is over and we have to report our costs to the Commission.
For this, there are two point of action:

1 .- Each partner will have to fill out its costs on NEF (http://ec.europa.eu/research/participants/portal/page/home) (The detail is by WP)
We have to wait because FI-WARE session is not still opened on NEF, but it is very important to calculate your data as soon as possible.
As soon as I know the session is opened, I'll tell you.

2.- We have to make the Periodic Report.

*         2.1 So, you'll receive another particularized  e-mail asking you:

o   Current effort first Period per WP (M1-M12) (the same follow-up excel file you have been receiving)

o   Current travel costs first Period per WP (M1-M12)


*         2.2.- You'll receive another e-mail from WPL asking you for your contribution to his WP.

I kindly ask you your best collaboration because we have to send the draft of the periodic report at the end of current month.
