[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: PM definition

Dear all.

As you know, on NEF we declare our effort in Person Months, but we have registered our effort in our record systems in working hours.

I want to inform the Commission about how many working hours "1 Person Month" are in each company.

Please find enclosed TID's definition to use as template.  Feel free to change it.

I kindly ask you to send me your calculation.
