Regretfully, there is no consensus for Electronic-only signature and transmission of Form C and electronic-only transmission of certificates on financial statements and on methodology.
So, we’ll use traditional way.

Please find attached a mail from Commission related to move towards the electronic only signature and transmission of the Forms C instead of submission of signed Form C.

Please let us know by e-mail if you agree with this change proposed by Commission or you prefer the current method (submission of signed hard copies).
We´ll only request this modification if all the partners agree.
