[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: First tranche (50%) of the first interim payment.

Dear all, first interim payment is ready to be distributed.
According the accepted costs described in the Financial Assessment of Period 1, the breakdown of the first tranche (50%) of the interim payment is as follows:

There is no transfer to EAB because they have stopped working in the project in M18. (Pre-financing should cover the first 18 months of the project)
The second tranche (50%) of the first interim payment will be done on M23 (April 13) according the current Consortium Agreement (see below).

Important note: Due to an internal safety rule in the procedures of our accounting department, we only can order the transfer if we have received the hard copy of your Financial Identification signed by you and by the bank.
If we haven’t received it, I’ll ask you again in other particularized e-mail.

Dear all.
Please find enclosed the Financial Assessment of Period 1 from Commission.
Project Officer will clarify the rejected costs. As soon as we have his clarification, we’ll send it to you.

We wish to draw your attention to the following:
·  According to Article II.22 of the grant agreement, the Commission may, at any time during the implementation of the project and up to five years after the end of the project, arrange for financial audits to be carried out, by external auditors, or by the Commission services themselves including OLAF.
·  According to Article II.23 of the grant agreement, the Commission may initiate a technical audit or review at any time during the implementation of the project and up to five years after the end of the project.

At last but not least, we are waiting to receive the first interim payment from Commission. Rules of the first interim payment in the current Consortium Agreement will be applied.
