[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: FORM-C 2 (adjust to previous periods)

Dear all, as you know NEF session is still not opened for FORM-C-2 due to current amendment 5 (see e-mail below).

Meantime, all of us are working on the calculation of our own costs of the second year of the project.
It is time to declare the adjustments to previous period if needed. So, regarding rejected costs in first period, please find enclosed a spread sheet with the details of the calculations of the P.O.
The rejected costs are detailed by partner (and by Third Party), by deliverable and which of them are definite or temporary.

Note: I attached again the Financial Assessment (1201342.pdf file) if helps. On it the Commission has written the following note per partner with rejected costs: Please note that a total of XXX.XXX € may be resubmitted as adjustment in the next reporting period.

Please find enclosed the official letter and the accepted DoW.

As you know, we are working in the current amendment 5 where 13 new future partners will be included from Open Call 2 + Open Call 3.
