[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: letter with adjustments explanations

Dear all,

    A letter with adjustments explanation has been requested by our PO.

    I wish to drawn your attention that letter will be used by Financial Services of Commission to accept or reject the adjustments.

    I could check your letters but .................. my opinion is worthless. Only Commission can accept/reject costs.

    I think the letter should be clear and easy to understand by people from Commission, and it should have all figures needed to check adjustments.

    Please find attached the letter I've made for TID adjustments (I've been done my best). It's only an example, not a model to follows. Please use your own words and format.
