[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: Pre-financing payment (Amendment 8 & updates)

Dear all,
this e-mail is to inform you that we have started the process to pay the pre-financing payment.
It includes the 100% of the pre-financing payment to the new partners. (It is the 48,33% of the maximum funding)
It also includes the update of the pre-financing payment to the partners who their maximum funding has been increased in previous amendments (Until ceiling, 85% of the maximum funding).
Final payment will be the next one, after receiving the Financial Assessment of the third period from the Commission .

Please find enclosed the amounts to be transferred in the following days (please take in account that we are in special dates and it will take more time than usual).

Last by not the least, the project will end at the end of the year. On January 2015, it will start the reporting period, and we’ll need you to record your costs on NEF.
Please take in account that the sooner all of we’ve registered the data, the sooner the Commission will check them and they could be able to start the process of the Final Payment.
