[Fiware-administrative] FI-WARE: Follow-up of effort (M39-M42)

Dear all, sorry for this third e-mail about this matter, but I have been receiving feedback from you (thank you), and I'll try to summarise the effort that would be possible to declare for the extension of the project:

First Extension (from M37-May 14' to M41-Sep 14'):

·         From WP1 to WP13 (all the WP)

Second Extension (from M42-Oct 14' to M44-Dec 14'):

·         WP1

·         WP2 (Friendly Testing)

·         WP10

·         WP11

·         WP12

As some cells are blocked in the spreadsheet I have sent to you in your particularized e-mail, I kindly ask you to write them down in the body of the e-mail. (Plain text)

IMPORTANT:
With your feedback, I'll update your figures on the following document: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1NoS4-7DjKbAlPc98c3lHCMgHkoNk3G7VSiNTDMkoQ_c/edit
This document will be part of the Periodic Report M44 (D.1.2.6). We need you to update it with a brief explanation in each WP if your deviation is higher than ±10% regarding the planned effort.
It is a shared document in the consortium, so please be careful with the rest of the information. We are all going to work on it during next months.

Note: Besides, be aware that we'll need you to update this document at least in other iteration more, on M44.

There are some current tasks in the WP10 where some partners are still working on (Testbed & Smart Cites), so I kindly ask you to include in your response:

·         your planned effort in the WP10 from October to December 2014,

·         and your estimated declared effort of October (to be consolidated in the next report).

In another particularized e-mail, I'm going to ask you to send to us (subsidies at tid.es<mailto:subsidies at tid.es>):

·         your consolidated current effort from M39 (Jul 2013) until M41 (Sep 2014)

·         and your estimated (pending to be consolidated) effort in M42 (Oct 2014).


Please be aware that it is expected that only WP1, WP2 (Friendly Testing Task), and WP12 are activated from M42 (Oct 2014) to M44 (Dec 2014).

Partners who have stopped contributing on M36 (April 2014) won't be asked. (SAP, IBM-CH, NSN-H, DT, TRDF, ALU-I, ALU-D, SIEMENS, FRAUNHOFER, INRIA, UNIROMA1, iMinds and NSNG1)
Nevertheless, if any partner has to update its data anytime, please contact me asap. The sooner, the better.


Please take in account that the follow-up spreadsheet has been updated according the amendment 7. (The amendment is verified on NEF but we are still waiting to receive the official letter)


Deadline: October 31st, 2014.
