Dear all,

We must send the draft of the Periodic Report  to the EC urgently. It is really long (>600 pages)

I encourage each partner to read the general parts but they should at least read the sections that specifically refer  to them. The WPLs should read their WPs and also the general parts.
Caveats:

  *   There are still a couple of sections in red (this means that we will edit them before delivery) but the impact on the partners of these parts is minimal, the current version should be suitable for your review.
  *   I am aware that there are minor changes to be incorporated in some bar charts. Javier de Pedro warned me but I cannot wait any longer, these changes will be incorporated in the draft for the EC.
  *   At this stage we feel extremely reluctant to consider minor changes. Please refrain from making comments that are not so critical.
  *   This is FIWARE confidential. It cannot be forwarded happily outside the consortium, it would be really serious.

Deadline for comments: end of Wednesday (tomorrow)
