FI-WARE: FORM-C-3 - Status of the remarks. (v2.1)

This e-mail is to inform you that we have received more remarks from the Commission.

The current status of the remarks is as follows:

Please note that there is a new general remark:
REMARK G.2:
We will need confirmation of discrepancy between the Form C total amount claimed and the amount mentioned in the CFS (that it is why also it is important that the auditors certified the total amount of eligible costs in the CFS).

In case that the total amount of the Form C is for example 1.000.000 € and the CFS is 900.000 € the answer could be that 900.000  € was claimed as costs in period 1, 100.000 € provisionally rejected and adjustment in period 2 -100.000 € resubmission therefore we will have 1.000.000 € costs claimed in two form C when actually the eligible costs is still 900.000 €. The auditors could easy clarified the discrepancy and explained it (e-mail from auditors would be sufficient).
Would be clear for us what is exactly the amount accepted and why there is the difference. In other case such as recalculation of the hourly rate or missing charging costs, then of course this should be support by the auditors (frequently case is that the CFS costs of the auditors is not add in the total of the eligible costs when it is actually an eligible costs for the project).

Please ask the beneficiary to look to this. The amount declared in the Form Cs should be equal normally to the amount mentioned in the audit (CFS) – in case of difference we need a explanation from the auditors (case of resubmission of costs –amount to be rejected (where)).
Please check that your CFS matches with your claimed costs on NEF.

The time of payment is suspended until the Commission has receipted all the clarification.
